These terms cover buying from AURALIS. Placing an order means you accept them.
Who we are
AURALIS sells jewellery online to customers in Pakistan. Everything on this site is sold by us directly — we do not operate through resellers or marketplace sellers.
Orders
An order is a request to buy, not a completed sale. We confirm it by phone or message before dispatch, and we may decline one — if a piece has sold out, if the delivery address is outside our courier network, or if we cannot reach you to confirm. Nothing is charged when you place an order, so a declined order costs you nothing.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include any applicable tax. We take payment by cash on delivery: you pay the courier when the parcel reaches you, and nothing before that. We do not ask for card details, bank transfers or advance payment, and we will never phone to request them — treat any message that does as fraudulent and tell us about it.
Availability and pricing errors
Stock counts on the site are kept current, but two people can order the last piece at the same time. If that happens we will offer you the nearest alternative or cancel the order. If a price is listed wrongly through an obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch rather than send at the wrong price or silently cancel.
Photography
Product photographs are of the actual pieces, taken under studio lighting. Stones, plating and finish vary a little between individual items, and screens render colour differently — small variation between the photograph and the piece you receive is normal and is not a fault.
Your responsibilities
Please give an address and phone number the courier can actually use, and be reachable for the confirmation call. Refusing delivery repeatedly, or giving details that turn out to be false, means we may decline future orders.
Liability
We stand behind what we sell and will put right anything that arrives faulty, damaged or not as described — see the returns policy for how. Beyond that, our responsibility is limited to the value of the order. Nothing here removes rights you have under Pakistani consumer law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the shop changes. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
