Privacy Policy
What AURALIS collects when you shop here, why, and what we do not do with it.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, and email address if you give one. That is what a courier needs to reach you and what we need to confirm the order. If you contact us, we keep the message so we can answer it and refer back to it if you write again.
What we do not collect
We do not take card or bank details, because we do not accept those payments — orders are cash on delivery. There is nowhere on this site to enter them, and anyone asking you for them in our name is not us.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie to remember your shopping bag between pages. It holds no personal information and disappears when you close the browser. Your wishlist is kept in your own browser rather than on our server. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who else sees your details
Your name, address and phone number go to the courier company delivering your parcel, because the delivery cannot happen otherwise. Nobody else receives your details. We do not sell, rent or share customer information for marketing, by anyone, at any price.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounts and for handling any later return or query. You can ask us to delete your details once there is no open order — see below.
Marketing
If you sign up for the newsletter we will use your email address for that and nothing else. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and using it takes effect immediately.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page or email wearauralis.pk@gmail.com and we will confirm once it is done.
Security
Admin access to this site is password-protected and order data sits in a private database. No system is perfect, so if anything ever went wrong in a way that affected your details, we would tell you rather than keep quiet about it.
Something here unclear? Ask us — we would rather explain it than have you guess.
