Shipping & Delivery
Where we deliver, what it costs, and how long it takes.
Where we deliver
Anywhere in Pakistan that our courier partners reach, which is most of the country including smaller towns. If your address turns out to be outside their network we will tell you when we confirm the order, rather than after taking it. We do not ship internationally at the moment.
Cost
Delivery is a flat Rs. 250 anywhere in Pakistan, and free once your order total passes Rs. 5,000.
How long it takes
Orders are packed within one to two working days. Delivery is usually two to four working days after that for major cities, and up to six for smaller towns. Fridays, Sundays and public holidays are not working days for the couriers.
Confirmation
We call or message to confirm every order before it is dispatched. This is also when we check the address, so it is worth answering — an unconfirmed order waits rather than ships.
Tracking
Once your parcel is collected we will send you the courier's tracking number. Tracking updates come from the courier, so they can lag behind the parcel by a few hours.
Paying on delivery
Have the order total ready in cash. The courier collects it when handing the parcel over, and cannot break large notes or take part payment. You are welcome to look at the parcel before paying; please do not open sealed packaging until payment is done, as the courier is not allowed to take it back afterwards.
If nobody is home
The courier will try again and will usually call first. After a few failed attempts the parcel comes back to us, and we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
Damaged in transit
If a parcel arrives visibly crushed or opened, you can refuse it at the door — that is the cleanest outcome, and nothing is charged. If you have already paid, photograph it before unpacking and contact us the same day.
Something here unclear? Ask us — we would rather explain it than have you guess.
