Returns & Exchanges
How to send something back, and what happens then.
The short version
If a piece is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it, including the delivery you paid. If you simply changed your mind, we will exchange it within 7 days provided it is unworn and in its packaging.
How to start one
Contact us through the contact page with your order number and, if something is wrong with the piece, a photograph of it. A photograph settles most cases straight away and saves you posting anything back while we work out what happened.
Condition
For a change-of-mind exchange the piece needs to be unworn, undamaged, and in the box or pouch it arrived in, with any tags still attached. A piece that has been worn, resized, or altered by someone else cannot be exchanged — that is not a judgement about you, it is that we cannot sell it on as new.
What cannot be returned
Pierced earrings cannot be returned once worn, for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty. The same applies to anything made or engraved to order. Faulty items are always covered, whatever they are.
Refunds
Because orders are paid in cash on delivery, refunds are made by bank transfer or easypaisa/jazzcash to the account you tell us, or as store credit if you prefer. We process them within three working days of the piece reaching us, or immediately if a photograph is enough to settle it.
Return postage
If the fault is ours, we cover the return postage or arrange collection. For a change of mind, the return postage is yours to pay, and we cover sending the exchanged piece out.
Faults appearing later
Plating wears and clasps loosen with use, which is normal and not a fault. But if something fails in a way that looks like a manufacturing problem rather than wear, contact us — we will look at it fairly, even past the 7 days.
Something here unclear? Ask us — we would rather explain it than have you guess.
